Modern, Brand-Aligned Floral Design at Inter&Co Stadium

Corporate events require thoughtful design. The environment sets the tone before an event begins, before a speaker takes the stage, and before guests ever sit down.

Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to partner with Orlando City Soccer Club and Orlando Pride on multiple events held at Inter&Co Stadium. Each event required modern floral design that aligned with brand identity, event format, and guest experience — while maintaining precision, professionalism, and seamless execution.

Bloomed + Rooted provided floral design for:

• The NWSL Championship Ring Ceremony
• Women Winning in Purple (Orlando Pride event)
• The 2026 Kickoff to Soccer Luncheon

Each event was presented by Orlando Health.

The events welcomed hundreds of guests, including leadership, sponsors, partners, and community public figures. The design needed to feel elevated, intentional and aligned with the organization’s brand image.

Design starts long before the install. It begins here — selecting texture, color, and balance before the arrangements ever take shape.

Designing with Brand in Mind

Corporate floral design is different from weddings or social gatherings. It must integrate naturally into the space while reinforcing brand presence.

For these events, we incorporated:

• Purple accents, Lake blues, whites, and bright greens with touches of gold to represent Orlando City and Orlando Pride Soccer

The massive arrangements were modern, flowing, and designed specifically for each event. The gate entrance and stage arrangements were substantial pieces. For each event the arrangements measured over 2 foot by 3 foot. Circular in design to be seen from all angles- front, back, sides and top all had the design visually represented. Each of the events required 2 of the large stage arrangements and 20 table arrangements, while one of the events had a request for 4 additional large stage arrangements to go at 2 of the gate entrances.

Every design decision was made with the brand and guest experience in mind.

Execution at Inter&Co Stadium

For each event, Bloomed + Rooted handled:

• Coordinated delivery within venue access windows
• Professional installation prior to guest arrival
• Clean, structured setup across event spaces
• On-time execution for all three bookings
